Hi! I am Mary Susan. In the past I blogged at Unwrapping His Grace as Mary Joy, but God is now taking me on a new journey and it has landed me here.
God has led me on an incredible journey over the past two years~~ from getting seriously injured in the accident in July 2012 becoming a widow followed by an almost two-year journey of healing to new wholeness embracing life and now to becoming engaged to an amazing man whom I can’t wait to marry (as of Sunday, May 11- Mother’s Day)!!
He has taken me from a blogging break in which He did an incredible amount of healing in my heart and life to starting a new blog here and writing my first e-book…to preparing to move to a new state in the next few months!!!!!!
There is so much to share as God opens the first of many chapters in this new story He is writing in my life. I am so, so glad that HE is the Author of our lives!!! Every day is full of new experiences and new surprises…opportunities to grow, learn, heal, stumble, get back up again, laugh, love, be loved, and celebrate life…TO LIVE FULLY!
My focus for this time in my life is to live fully! I feel like a butterfly who has recently broken free from my cocoon and is getting the hang of using my wings and beginning to fly…to soar…feeling free as the Holy Spirit ministers in and through my life in new and humbling ways!
The only way to describe it is a new adventure in His Grace…which is how I landed here, in this new sacred space of heart sharing.
I hope you will join me as I share this new adventure as I share how God working in my life…
to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.

a planting of the Lord

God’s amazing grace and transforming power leave me breathless, amazed, and so, so blessed!!

New Adventures in His Grace 
We have been swamped with company at g’son’s wedding, food and fellowship, and catching up on things! ❤ Saw relatives this week end that we haven't seen in 8 years! ❤ What a sweet reunion! All at a time of celebration. So happy for you and your new journey, new chapter….no! NEW BOOK!
Oh wow! How exciting!!!!! I am so happy for you all!!! And thank you so much for being with me on this special journey. Your friendship means so much to me. 🙂 I am amazed as I watch God write this new book of my life. God is so good to me!!!
